1. We accept instructions by telephone, visiting our office or by e-mail.
2. We would be pleased to confirm our fees before accepting your instructions.
3. Surveys are based on standard RICS formats. If you require special conditions not contained in RICS formats, please ask for our further advice.
4. Subject to being able to gain access to the subject property, we will normally try to get your Report to you within 3 working days.
5. If you change your mind about having a Survey carried out, this must be done no later than 24 hours before we were due to carry out the Survey. We regret that cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to the appointment will incur an administration fee of £50.00.
6. All fees are as shown. We are not registered for VAT and therefore VAT is not chargeable.
7. Our fees are payable on receipt of invoice and may be paid by cheque sent to our office, internet banking/bank transfer or by debit/credit card. All relevant details are shown on our invoice but card payments can only be made using the virtual button on the email version of the invoice.
